…and after receiving a pizza oven as a gift, found my love for making proper stone-baked Neapolitan style pizza. After months of perfecting dough, and tasting many, many pizzas, Northern Slice was born!
We are Northern Slice, a community-oriented pop-up pizza shop dedicated to spreading good vibes and engaging with our customers. Our top priority is crafting delicious, ultra-fresh pizzas right before your eyes.
At the heart of our pizza-making philosophy is simplicity. We prepare our own dough, allowing it to rise for 24 hours, and we use only the finest, freshest ingredients from independent suppliers throughout the UK to create our Neapolitan-style pies with a light, sourdough hybrid crust. While we always offer classic favorites, we also enjoy experimenting and coming up with unique, creative combinations.
Rather than relying on a traditional pizza van or large trailer, we employ a fully mobile street food setup, perfect for serving up scrumptious pies at any event. Whether it's a wedding, corporate function, street food market, or festival, we're there to bring people together over the perfect slice. After all, what could be better than your very own pizza party?
